What's holding me back ?

Have you ever asking yourself this question when you not take any action ?

I do belief that, there something happen on you during your hard time in childhood stage or even adulthood. Things are unpredictable or uncontrollable especially in current economy.

There are many challenges that everyone face day by day.

But how can we overcome it ?

First, you need to accept or face the challenges, and let it go. If not, you will suffer the rest of your life. Once you leave it, you will gonna feel relieve.

I do believe that, entrepreneurs, leaders are gone through many obstacles, rejection, uncertainty or fears. But they are not easily give up because they always remember what is the reason when they want to begin their journey.

There are 2 thought of F.E.A.R :

1) Face Everything And Rise (Pain) - Entrepreneurs, Leaders

2) Forget Everything And Run (Suffering) - Followers

Mindsets is very important for every successful people. Their mind are set at the first place.

As Stephen R. Covey publish a book called "The 7 Highly Effective People ", there are one proverb in this book called " Begin With The End In Mind".

Most successful people have strong mindset on what they want to achieve in life. Therefore, no matter what obstacles or challenges their face do not change their mindsets. They always consistent keep going, and never up until they reach what they want in life.

Lastly, do set your goals for 2017 before the end of 2016. 

2017 is another new year for everyone to leave your legacy in the world.

As Jack Ma said:

"Today is difficult, 

tomorrow is mush more difficult, 

the day after tomorrow is beautiful".

Limitation is something that some individual limit their real potential, energy or effort to complete a specific task, assignments or events.

I believe that majority of us are waiting the due date to pass up or hand over the cases, homework, projects even businesses.

People are tends to be lazy or seek shorter shortcut to achieve what they wants.

Success do not have elevator for each and every individual. 

Success is simple but is not easy. There are many ways to be successful, but you must clearly understand what you want to achieve or your dreams or goals.

Sometimes, we always give ourselves many excuses to success. People are always procrastinating until the things getting worst then only start realize they have to do something on it.

Do remember:

As one of my mentor Billy said: “Build it when you don't need it".

Build something before you need it, so that when you need it, you can use it.

Lastly, remember don't limit your ability to achieve something you want to achieve. 

Be brave, be confident, be yourself !

What is the different between go fast and go far?

I do believe that, if you want to success, you have to fight will speed. Success love speed.

But how fast can a individual entrepreneur to achieve his or her dreams or goals ?

5 years? 10 years ? Or even more than 10 years ?

Nowadays, things had gonna change rapidly until we can predict what will gonna change into coming next 5 years or 10 years.

However, we can trap on the current trends or opportunity to explore or innovate your own brands, system, culture and etc.

The momentum of keep learning and doing never stop right after finish your high school even university life.

Most of the successful entrepreneurs' education background do not enter university even high school but how successful are they today.

Which mean, success do not require high qualification in education background. Success require effort, execution, collaboration, leverage and etc.

Therefore, if you want to go far, you need to get into a team with the similar goals or dreams !

Now is almost reach to the end of 2015. Is time to reflect what had you achieve in the entire year of 2015.

Don't be sad or regret, if you not yet achieve what you want in life！You can start planning now for achieve your goals and dreams for 2016.

Dreams is never too late to achieve and also never too young.

Our children not really for future!

How many of you agree that, school are not prepare children for the future?

Everyone of us can't go back the time that we miss. We only can control the time for this moment and future.

We cannot go back to start a brand new beginning. But we can start now with a brand new ending.

How many of you know that how much you worth per hour?

Have actually calculated how much money that you worth everyday?

If you have no idea how to calculate,let's calculate together:

For example:
Your pay check per month is 3000 dollar. Then assume you're white collar workers that work 8 hours per day and 5 days per week.

Let calculate how much you worth per day & an hour.
Pay Check : 3000/(8 hours x 5 days x 4 week) = 18.75 dollar per hour.

Pay Check : 3000/(5 days x 4 week) = 150 dollar per week.

Do you think that your hour just worth 18.75 dollar only?

You can always make the difference or decision to increase how much you worth per day.

I believe that there are many ways to increase how much you worth per hour.

For example, you can start some part time work like selling something online, become freelancer, and become tuition teacher part time.

Wall said: Share others' load.

Window said: Expand the vision.
窗戶說：「要拓寬視野。」

Floor said: Always be down to earth.

How many of you always listen complain from your friends everyday?

I belief that, everyone have something to complain in their life either salary not enough, not happy in the working environment, complain about their boss, manager or colleague.

Do you realize that, people start complain it show that they're not happy or satisfy with their current situation or position. When people start complain is where they're start blaming others.

For those who always complain think that they're always right. I belief that every human in this world had done some mistakes. Therefore, we learn from mistakes.

Instead of start complaining, why not convert the energy to start doing it better.

If you are not part of solution, you're part of problem.

Everything happen with a reason. Either you accept it or reject it.

Attitudes is the roots of complains,

If you change your attitudes, you will not complain anymore.

The answer is time. Because time that only come once in our life. For example, now is 16/5/2016 11:32 p.m. Does this date and time will come back to you ?

The answer is not.

Time is everything. You can spent your time to build your network, business, family, investment & etc.

But in this world, who can manage their time probably & make things happen will gonna see the result in their future.

Every people had gonna through the difficult time in their life. There are struggle, painful, memorable, disappointed, joyful & etc.

Life is all about the journey not destiny.
If you appreciate your time, you will make things change and be a better Person to empower, motivate, enthusiastic, passionate of other people's life.

In 21st century, as individual you have to form a teams and built the team up and built the community, society and country to impact more and more life.

How to make other people believe you especially strangers?

First of all, you need let someone feel that you're confident. You need to show that you're responsible or integrity that anything offer from you either products or services.

People always believe from their eyes to see, from their ear to hear, from the things their trust.

It's hard to build trust among strangers or customers?
First of all, you need to be sincere from the first impression. Be yourself, be since with your prospects. For example, your background and etc..

No one like his or her friend lie on them.

You have to be passionate your job or career. You need to do what are you doing right now. Be conscious everything.

No matter what you propose to your customers. You need to show what value you can give to your prospects so that he or she want to buy from you not others. Be differentiate among others.

In addition, what you had promise with your customers, you need to make it happen.

Always believe in yourself what ever thing happen, you need to be answer call from customers when they need your help.

There are many possibility that you can make things happen.

Built your trust and credibility, you will get more and more customers.

1) Write down what are your goals.

2) What do your action plan (Strategy).

3) Re-write your goals twice a day (30 days)

4) Review what you should have done, better before going to bed every night.

5) Repeat step 1- 4. Watch motivational video everyday.

If a person so poor left only money , what will gonna happen ?

I believe that everyone of us are chasing after money. But in some point of time, you will not chasing after money when you get financial freedom.

Actually, money is a piece of paper that enable people to buy anything to fulfill their needs and wants.

Is money very important to our daily life?

Yes, it is.

Does money can buy happiness, friendship & etc?

Yes, of course. But all these cannot long lasting.

How many rich people are using their money to help poor people?

60-70? 80-90?

Some group of people are sensitive on their age especially women population. But if the age is just a number what do you want to achieve in your life?

Do not procrastinate your dreams or goals from time to time. Because we cannot predict what will gonna happen in next minutes on you.

How people get old?

When people start stopping, they start getting old.

Therefore, do not stop growing and learning although you left university or high school or even you start working.

Learning is the activities of all human being. The more you learn, the more knowledgeable you are. With the knowledge that you acquire can save or help or change more people life!
